Bouque Garni
Assortment of herbs for soups, boiled meat and fish.
Ingredients
1 laurel leaf
1 sprig thyme
1 sprig parsley
1 sprig celery
Method
1. Fasten them neatly into a bunch or wrap and secure them in muslin cloth. You can insert them to impart their particular scent to stock/soup, fish and meats.
